When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup in Langley, British Columbia for eligible in-stock items. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with instructions to arrange pickup.

Please note that some products are fulfilled by our trusted production partners and are not eligible for local pickup.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We proudly offer worldwide shipping. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?

Some products on our website are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner, while others are shipped from our own inventory. If your order contains a mix of these items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Don't worry—this is completely normal! You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

How do your items fit?
