Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for STORE CREDIT ONLY, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Please note that all sales of HATS and any other items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Store credit does not include original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the cost of return and exchange shipping labels.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at shopbrokecowgirl@gmail.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the item and its packaging to help expedite this process.
Exchanges
You can contact us at shopbrokecowgirl@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once the return is accepted, we will either ship out your exchange or issue you a code to access your store credit.
If you are exchanging for another size and need it in time for a specific event, we recommend placing a new order for the size you need rather than waiting for the exchange to be processed. You can then use the store credit issued for your returned item on a future purchase.
Items Returned to Sender as Undeliverable / Incomplete Address / Addressee Unknown
Please ensure that your shipping address information is correct before completing checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has shipped.
If your package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, we will automatically begin processing the return. Once processing is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your store credit, which can be used to repurchase your item(s).
We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. A new order must be placed through our website to repurchase the returned item(s).
Refunds
There are NO MONEY-BACK REFUNDS. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you with instructions on how to access your store credit.
