Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification once your order has shipped.
During periods of high order volume or unforeseen postal delays, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $100 CAD or more.
Estimated delivery times for in-stock items are typically 3–9 business days after processing.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup in Langley, British Columbia for eligible in-stock items.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions to arrange pickup. Please wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before arriving.
Please note that not all products are eligible for local pickup.
Products Fulfilled by Our Production Partners
Some products are fulfilled by our trusted production partners and ship directly to customers. These items are not eligible for local pickup.
If your order contains both in-stock items and partner-fulfilled products, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You may receive separate tracking numbers and your items may arrive at different times.
Products fulfilled by our production partners typically arrive within 7–12 business days within Canada and the United States. International delivery times vary by destination.
International Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping.
International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply to international orders. Broke Cowgirl Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopbrokecowgirl@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Proof of purchase may be required.
We do not offer money-back refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work to provide an appropriate resolution.
